- You have proven experience (at least 3 years) in ReactJS. You can think the React-way.
- You are familiar with the React ecosystem and can pick the best React libraries to build a fully functional single page app.
- You have affinity with UX/UI design. You get energy from creating beautiful and user-friendly front-end pages.
- You write clean code, and you have a pragmatic (yet future proof) view on scalability, performance and architecture.
- You understand how the web works: from databases over back-end frameworks (MVC) to modern JavaScript front-end frameworks.
- You have the maturity to oversee the development process and implement changes to increase the productivity and quality of the development team.
- You can mentor colleagues and teach them how to create better ReactJS apps.
- You can work independently and take ownership. Yet, you understand that you can achieve more when you work in a team.
